It's been a full on year and one of great change. The clubs AGM is your chance to see behind the scenes, look at the financial details and have your say on how it’s being governed and run.

This is the first calling where all members are made aware of the meeting and the positions which are up for re-election.

As we moved to a limited company status last year there were some changes to who would be standing in this the first year. In order to keep some stability during the changes, only Jim Haywood will be standing for re-election. Next year we'll have an election for a chairman and treasurer and the following year all three directors (chairman, secretary and treasurer) will all be up for r-election each year.

If you wish to stand as chairman for the 2013-2014 year then you have until June 4th to get your nomination and second in. The second has to be a club member as do all who vote at the AGM.
