As part of the Autumn Internationals QBE are going to be advertising using idents (the bit that before and after adverts that say who is sponsoring the programme!) and they want us to be featured on it!! They are also going to be putting adverts in The Times, The Sunday Times, The Telegraph and The Sunday Telegraph and of course we're going to be in those too!! Then once the internationals are over and done with, they will be reusing all of the footage for the RWC next year!!

This Sunday a few of the girls are also going to the England Touch Trials down in Cambridge. The girls have worked incredibly hard to be apart of these trials and we wish them the best of luck! Some of the girls have also been selected to try out for the England Academy at the start of October. If they got in, they would train as part of the Academy for a year and then, would have the opportunity to try out for the England Womens International teams and 7s teams. This is a HUGE opportunity for all of the girls and everybody is so excited!!

One of our girls has also been selected to go to the UN Conference in September and do a presentation to 17 countries on the RWC Legacy and how it will effect everybody.

Our next touch tournament is on the 14th September as Wellesbourne and our first contact fixture is away at Essington on the 28th September. Make sure you come and support one of the fastest growing teams in the area!!
