We are thrilled to announce a new and exciting partnership between Sutton Coldfield Women and Veseyans Rugby Club Women , two passionate and growing teams in the West Midlands rugby community.

This collaboration marks a significant step forward for women’s rugby in the region. The partnership will focus on developing players through joint training sessions, sharing coaching expertise, and creating more playing opportunities for players across both clubs.

Sutton Coldfield Women, who currently compete in Championship 2 – the third tier of women’s rugby, bring valuable experience and depth to the partnership. Veseyans Women, a new and ambitious side, made a strong start to their rugby journey last season, playing their first-ever contact match against Sutton Coldfield in a memorable Friday Night Lights fixture.

This partnership builds on the premise of fostering growth, inclusivity, and competitive development for women in rugby.
