8. ELECTION OF OFFICERS - Geoff Fletcher (Chairman), and Craig Johnson (Treasurer) are standing for re-election. Doug Middleton (Secretary) is not standing for re-election. Marcia Daniels has completed her 3 year term of President. Nominations for any these roles should be sent to Doug Middleton 14 days prior to the AGM.

9. ANY OTHER BUSINESS

Notice of any apologies to the Secretary.

Any nominations for officer positions, life members and matters to be brought before the AGM should be submitted by email by Club Members to the secretary 14 days prior to the AGM.
