An overwhelming win

Sutton U14 62 – Kenilworth 7
A very dominant performance from the boys saw them score five tries in each half. They were in charge from just the second minute when Matt Goodwin went over for the first of his two tries. Dan then finished off a break from Jacob who was stopped just short by a great cover tackle from Kenilworth. Owen Notley then ran the length of the pitch to score by the posts. Joe and James then added further tries before Kenilworth pulled one back before the break. At half time, Sutton made six changes to bring on all of the subs, which disrupted the flow of tries for a while as the team settled back into its rhythm. Joe then took a grip of the game and scored his second and third tries before Matt G scored his second . Marcus and Jacob then added late tries. Six of the 10 tries were converted by Henry, Matt S and Archie.
A good all round team performance with strong contributions from all 21 of the boys. Its a couple of weeks before the next match, so we can build on this recent run of good form!
