Sutton’s U14’s hosted neighbours Aston Old Ed’s this morning. The game started slow for Sutton and the visitors scored a try in the first minuets and at half time the score was 0-20 with Aston scoring a further 3 tries.
The second half Sutton were more alert and defended really well, Joe Hanley scored Sutton’s first try with a lightning run from almost half way, he scored another after some great passing and play. Sutton kept pushing and James Fisher scored Sutton’s final try with a pick and go a few feet from the line.
Final score 15-20, unfortunately with the difficult windy conditions no tries were converted by either side.
