Matchday confusion

U13's had a surprise today when both Droitwich and Lichfield turned up at RSG. First up Sutton v Droitwich which with another early breakaway try from Sam Newey opened up the scoring. Sutton played and defended well but were put under pressure towards the end when Droitwich scored an equalising try on the final whistle. Final score 1-1.

Sutton then played Lichfield and put a brave performance against a fresh, strong and powerful opposition. Sutton displayed some great runs and tackles especially from man of the match Alexander Crouch. Disappointingly the final score was 7-0 to Lichfield.
