Exellent performance despite defeat

The first half was slow, with mistakes being made by both teams but Nottingham however taking advantage of Sutton’s mistakes to earn themselves points. Scrums and lineouts were very good by Sutton against the Nottingham pack. The first half ended up as 19-3 to Nottingham, with Matt Pryce converting the penalty.
The second half was a lot better by Sutton with them breaking Nottingham’s line on various different occasions, and putting them under pressure. But it didn’t do enough to win but was a very well-played game and they hope to return to winning ways next game.
