Sutton were very strong in the opening exchanges, winning and turning over ball, and then using the space outside to get passed the Worcester defence. Sutton’s lineouts, rucks and mauls were all executed brilliantly and the backs were able to use the space to break through to make the half time score 14-0.
The second half was more physical, and with big tackles and solid defence showed by Sutton, they were unbreakable. A very well-played game by them and look to continue this form onto their next games.
Tries scored by Luke Brindley 1, Jack Wells 1, Jordan Melhuish 1, Charlie Steventon 1 and Matt Price 1. With Matt Price getting 3/5 conversions.
